Our Story
It started with a dog
in board shorts.
Max is a golden terrier who'd rather be on the boat than anywhere else. Captain's hat. Shades. Doesn't say much — usually right. He's the heart of our collection and the reason this whole thing exists.
We started Simply Stated because the world already had enough loud shirts. Max preferred the laid-back kind. So did we — slow mornings, long weekends, and the kind of t-shirt you reach for when nothing else will do.
Every design lives in the same world: coastal, calm, a little bit funny. Made to be worn until the print fades, and then worn some more.
