Our Refund Policy

We want you to love your Simply Stated T-Shirt. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags still attached
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you — just send us a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@simplystatedtshirts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? We're happy to help! Just let us know in your return email and we'll get you set up with an exchange.
